This is my favorite taverna in Greece: super-cheap food, superb quality, upscale surroundings, organic ingredients, friendly service, open kitchen. Can't imagine what else I would want from a place like this - it's definitely one of Patra's favorites.

Very nice ambience is this american-style restaurant/bar where most dishes have names from famous celebrities. However the service is terrible and while the appetizers were awesome, the mains where average compared to those. They did have a proper cut of a rib-eye steak though!

This is the ultimate cafe: superb quality coffees, smoothies, shakes, hot chocolates. Superb view over Athens. Superb location. Superb setting. Superb everything - a must-try experience.

Yes, this is a typical fast food. Expect grilled sandwiches, gyro, and very few tables to sit. But it is really tasty!

Odos Oneiron ** €16

Ouzeri place in the heart of Lamia. There are lots of ouzeri there but this is one of the best yet.

Ladi & Rigani *** €8

Λάδι και Ρίγανη

This is just a small place in a food hall but it contains the essence of Greek souvlaki. Fresh, with excellent side dishes. It is not the best souvlaki in the world, but I consider it the most typical one.
